About the role
+ You'll manage and execute all brand projects including, but not limited to, marketing and sales programs, PR, social media, promotions, paid search, SEO, etc.
+ You'll optimize SafeChain's marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
+ You'll grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action (CTAs), landing pages, and lead generation content
+ You'll manage social media profiles, presence, and calendar for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
+ You'll help develop and distribute content that educates and entertains SafeChain's audience and supports marketing and company goals
+ You'll measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for segments to convert leads into customers
+ You'll plan and assist with tradeshows and partner sales meetings throughout the country
+ You'll scout, investigate, evaluate. and suggest external agencies as partners to help complete strategic projects
+ You'll manage junior marketing team members
+ You'll collaborate within marketing, sales, and product development to bring the voice of the customer to everything you do
+ You have a four-year university/college degree or equivalent experience is required
+ You have previous B2B experience at a SaaS company is preferred
+ You have proven ability to transform a strategy and vision into actionable plans in a rapidly-changing organization
+ You have proficiency using email marketing and marketing automation technology to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads and then nurture them into converted customers
+ You have experience marketing a brand and working with designers to create assets that speak to the customer
+ You have the ability to demonstrate prior work - excellent presentations, messaging frameworks, competitive analysis, etc.
+ You have strong project management skills; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints
+ You have the ability to operate at an extremely fast pace within an entrepreneurial company
