As the User Experience Designer, you are responsible for designing the digital experience for SafeChain Products. You will work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Developers to brainstorm and deliver new features that enhance the product experience.
Reporting to the Head of Product and serving as a member of the Product team, this position's primary responsibility is ensuring that SafeChain continues to build easy to understand experiences for their customers, and consistency across our various products.
About the role
+ You’ll be a part of support calls and/or market research interviews to gain additional insight to aid you in your design decisions.
+ You’ll partner with other UX Designers and Developers to define a Design system standard.
+ You’ll answer questions raised by the development team to ensure understanding of the product design and expected behavior.
+ You’ll create and help manage design spec documents (including sketch files, interactive prototypes, storyboards, wireframes, and digital assets)
+ You have 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer
+ You have experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision)
+ You are completion oriented and have a demonstrated ability to understand complex business and technical requirements
+ You have the desire to learn
+ You are adaptable to shifting priorities
